Raghu Bharat is a seasoned product management and technology professional with over 8 years of experience in startups and MNCs. He is the Founder/CEO of Crewscale and Talscale, where he connects startups and enterprises to a large network of top percentile, pre-assessed and domain-relevant tech talent. Raghu is a highly driven individual with a bias for action and a passion for building and scaling products that users love. He is an engineer by profession, but a business owner by heart. He is experienced in digital transformation, product management, data analysis, business intelligence, go-to-market strategy, market analysis, and business strategy. Prior to founding Crewscale and Talscale, Raghu co-founded a couple of startups, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. He is an expert in recruiting top tech talent through expert-crafted coding and project-based assessments. He has also worked as a Product Manager at Housejoy, where he led the platform side of product from requirements gathering to end-to-end delivery of product, partnering with Android App and Internal ERP to manage orders. Raghu holds a B.E(Hons) in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, where he graduated in 2010. He also completed his Class XI and XII from Narayana College in 2006. He has a diverse technical background, with experience in product management, Python, test, AWS, mobile, Selenium, QA, Redis, MongoDB, Flask, and software engineering.
