Raghu Ganti is an accomplished Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy professional with over 14 years of experience in the field. He is currently serving as a Technology Strategy Manager at Accenture, where he is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies for various clients across the globe. In his current role, Raghu has led several successful engagements, including EA design and implementation for a global hi-tech major, journey to cloud strategy for a UK retail major, and IT operating model for a financial services client. He has also established a value realization office for a retail major, which included detailed business case development and technology transformation for a UAE firm. Raghu has also worked on sourcing strategy and operating model for a Middle East banking major and ZBx for technology for a pharma major. Prior to his current role, Raghu served as a Technology Strategy Consultant at Accenture, where he enabled the strategic recovery of a $40m digital transformation program for a US agriculture major, leading to net savings of $10m and 30% program capacity release. Raghu holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Management Development Institute and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from JNTU.
