Raghu Kanchustambham is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and the Founder/CEO of ConceptWaves Software Solutions. With over 22 years of relevant experience, he has worked with renowned companies like Hughes and IBM before starting his own venture in 2006. Raghu is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He has a proven track record of leveraging cutting-edge technology in cloud and mobile computing to architect innovative and profitable solutions that cater to the BoP segment. Under his leadership, ConceptWaves has built EduSquares, a highly scalable and flexible student life-cycle management platform that integrates CRM, ERP, Assessments, and LMS for education service providers like schools, colleges, coaching centers, and NGOs in the education space. Apart from his work in the education sector, Raghu is also considered one of the Top 100 social entrepreneurs in India by AFI. His solutions have touched 12,500 tribal farmers across 650 villages in India and have helped manage affordable drinking water access to 6 million consumers across 500 water plants in 7 States of India. Raghu is a visionary entrepreneur who understands the roles of creativity, technology, processes, passion, attitude, and leadership in building a fundamentally strong company. He has a vast tech stack that includes Mobile and Software Engineer, and he has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
