He is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and has been instrumental in building an AI-powered platform that enables businesses to automate their customer service operations. Prior to his current roles, Raghu worked at Broadcom as a Senior Manager, IC Design Engineering, Processors & Wireless Infrastructure. He managed the India Design Center for Embedded processors IC Implementation group and was responsible for the implementation of high-frequency, industry-leading multi-core communication processor chips at the cutting edge of technology nodes. Raghu holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. He is a product manager and research scientist with expertise in AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
