Raghu Shet is a seasoned Fixed Income and Risk professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is currently working as a Product Owner - FIT at ANZ in Singapore, where he is responsible for product innovation and roadmapping, sprint management, feature prioritisation, resource management, and stakeholder management. Raghu has been involved in several key projects at ANZ, including the MarketAxess implementation for Global Credit Trading & Asia EM/LM Rates Trading, MiFID II regulatory changes for FO systems, and the ION Bond Pricing Engine (PXE) Upgrade. Prior to his current role, Raghu worked as a Senior Business Analyst - Rates & Credit at ANZ, where he was involved in various business cases for seeking project funding, conceptualised and implemented various projects for auto negotiation, market data aggregation from IDBs, worked on regulatory projects (US FINRA TRACE), Risk & PnL systems for FO Traders, and internal analytical tools for historical price/spread simulation. He has also worked as an eTrading Business Analyst at ANZ's Global Markets Technology division, where he was responsible for implementing the eTrading platform (ION MarketView, PXE) for Global Rates & Credit Trading, migrating business from legacy/spreadsheets to ION Trading Platform for market making on Fixed Income Products, and various projects including implementation of TradeWeb, PXE Upgrade, Dodd Frank regulatory changes (SEFs Implementation), and regional implementation for Asia Satellite locations (Asia EM ccy). Raghu holds a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney and has a strong technical background as a Senior Software Engineer. He is a skilled Agile Business Analyst with expertise in Fixed Income, Risk, eTrading, and regulatory compliance.
