Raghu Ugare is a highly skilled Architect, Designer, and Developer with over 14 years of experience in the field. He has worked on several SOA and Enterprise Integration projects with renowned clients, and has recently been involved in designing, implementing, and delivering innovative world-first solutions in the mobile and online application space in a fast-paced start-up environment. Raghu has successfully managed several high-profile clients in roles to design, execute, and deliver challenging SOA Integration projects. He has also consulted for the complete SOA Governance life-cycle, right from Service design, development till service testing, and deployment. Raghu is comfortable working in an agile environment, in a team or as an individual contributor, either from offshore or onsite with the stakeholders. Raghu loves to pick up new technologies, languages, & skills. He is always very happy to try and motivate the use and appreciation of Math in Computer Science. Of-late, he is deeply interested in the field of Pure Functional Programming, especially in the language Haskell, which he believes will profoundly affect the way we think about programming. Currently, Raghu is working as a Technical Architect at medlife. Prior to this, he has worked with myra medicines and votercircle as a Technical Architect. At votercircle, he was one of the core developers and helped in setting up the platform, designing and implementing key backend services, some basic UX work, and mentoring new developers and testers. He also designed and implemented an end-to-end Reporting module that is poised to serve as the basis for gleaning information via data analytics. Raghu has actively promoted coding best practices by taking the lead in terms of both using and applying "Functional Programming" ideas and frameworks like Underscore.JS in routine development.
