Raghul Kumar is a Senior Automation QA Engineer at Logitech with over 8 years of experience in functional testing of web applications, Unix-based applications, Windows and MAC-based on-premise applications, and automation testing of web applications using Selenium WebDriver. He has hands-on experience in UI automation using frameworks such as Robot Framework (Python), Rspec (Ruby), and REST API testing and automating it using Http client and Rspec (Ruby) framework. Raghul has been a Squad lead in agile teams and has also been a part of release management activities. He has mentored junior test engineers in both functional and automation testing and performed code reviews. He has also contributed as a Sole QA in the successful launch of Freshsuccess (Freshdesk Customer Success) Product and in setting up test strategies and test automation for the product. Raghul's technical skills include scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and shell scripting, automation frameworks such as Rspec and Robot Framework, automation tool Selenium, bug tracking tools such as JIRA and FreshRelease, version control Git, operating systems such as MAC- OS, Linux, Windows, test environment AWS, and CI/CD tool Jenkins. Currently, Raghul is involved in automating the Logi Options+ application (App build in electron js) using Python, Robot Framework, and Selenium WebDriver. He is also involved in automating App-specific custom options for MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word applications using Python libraries in Windows and MAC OS. He writes custom Python scripts required for automation and UI automation for new NPIs (mouse and keyboard) using Hybrid Framework (Data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks). Previously, Raghul worked as a Senior Software Engineer- QA at Freshworks and contributed as a Sole QA Member in End-End UI Testing for the successful launch of Freshsuccess (Freshdesk Customer Success) Product. He was responsible for writing test plans and test cases from scratch for the application and setting up the base for REST API Automation using Http client and Rspec (Ruby) framework. He also led a team of two intern members and automated over 1000+ Rest API test cases. Raghul has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RMD Engineering College.
