Raghul R is a highly skilled Lead Engineer at Nationstar Mortgage with over 12 years of experience in full-stack engineering. He is passionate about developing and participating in innovative platforms and ideas. Raghul has a proven track record in developing and building architectures for various applications. Raghul has extensive experience in developing web applications with Rails and NodeJS, developing frontends with React, and developing backend integration microservices with Springboot. He is also well-versed in platform and native iOS development, designing and developing applications for unified communication services, and location-based device tracking and activity recognition. Currently, Raghul works as a Lead Engineer at Nationstar Mortgage, where he designs and develops solutions for the customer-facing platform. He is the offshore anchor for digital servicing and builds solutions across the stack, enabling cloud adoption and cloud-native apps. Raghul also builds applications on micro-frontend and microservices architecture and supports DevOps on Docker, DDC, and container orchestration. Prior to his current role, Raghul worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Prokarma, where he worked across multiple clients involving telematics, retail, and supply chain industries. He was also part of the Mobile Centre of Excellence and provided technical guidance to the team. Raghul also mentored freshers and team members on process and best practices and ensured timely communication with stakeholders. Raghul's past experience also includes working as an iPhone Application Developer at Yeldi Softcom, where he implemented Microserver IVR Service, built support for crash report and error analytics using custom Amazon AWS backed service, and implemented mobile apps for micro-payment solutions.
