Raghunandan Kayyottu is an experienced Software Engineer with over 10 years of relevant experience in the computer software industry. Currently working with Cisco as a Software Engineer, Raghunandan is skilled in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Django, Python, Scripting, distributed computing, and MEAN stack. Raghunandan holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from California State University-Long Beach, where he gained a strong foundation in computer science principles and practices. During his time at disabled student services, CSULB, Raghunandan maintained data storage and access by designing physical databases that supported the functions of the Workability IV state program, which assisted students with disabilities with employment needs. He also managed business performance, analytic operations, and information distribution, demonstrating his ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment in agile software methodologies. Prior to his current role, Raghunandan worked as an Associate - Enterprise Application Developer at Cognizant. There, he estimated, designed, developed, and unit tested user stories for Enterprise Applications, leading a team of two to resolve the Tech-stack upgrade issues. Raghunandan also analyzed thousands of fraudulent claims that were missed by systems and resolved these issues. Additionally, he contributed to setting up a Virtual Desktop for developers to host enterprise application and develop their user stories, which in turn resulted in faster development of user stories. Raghunandan’s tech stack includes Software Engineering, Spring, Python, Django, and Java.
