He is currently the Co-Founder of Descrypt, a company that focuses on building innovative solutions for the e-commerce domain. Raghuram has outstanding people management and mentoring skills, making him an excellent leader for his team. He is also thorough in project management and estimation of project requirements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. He has an eye for analytical data and is adept at utilizing such data for innovative solutions. With his keen eye towards product development, Raghuram contributes heavily to product definitions, especially in the e-commerce domain. Prior to founding Descrypt, Raghuram invested in a few startups at a personal capacity and worked at Google as an Engineering Manager. At Google, he worked on Google Pay, focusing on India stack and UPI, and Google Assistant for TV, working on platform-level changes to enable a unified assistant experience across surfaces. Raghuram holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. He is also a Senior Software Engineer with experience in Web3 technology.
