Raghuvaran Gadhar is a highly motivated computer science graduate with close to 4 years of industry experience in software development life cycle deployment. He is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where he has gained expertise in SQL, dotNET, ASP.NET, and Jenkins. Raghuvaran is passionate about algorithms, problem-solving, and solution optimization. He is interested in information retrieval, web application development, and the use of computer science concepts to solve real-world problems. Raghuvaran is currently pursuing an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning course at IIIT-B. He has a PGP Diploma in AI and ML from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore. Raghuvaran's technical skills include Python, Tensorflow, Pandas, Seaborn, and ReactJS. Raghuvaran has worked with Capgemini as a Consultant, where he was responsible for monitoring jobs using TWS scheduler, attending daily stand-up calls with business users, and working on user-related issues. He also troubleshooted complex errors and problems reported by QA, product owners, and end-users while documenting how to resolve issues. Raghuvaran developed SSRS reports to avoid manual month/quarter/year-end data checks and was involved in deploying the code in production servers. Raghuvaran has also worked with PeopleWorks as a Software Engineer, where he worked on the Performance Management System (PMS) module. The PMS is all about an employee, reporting officer, and HR, and Raghuvaran was responsible for analyzing whether an employee was capable of finishing the task and giving feedback. He also reviewed the employee's work and gave them a rating accordingly. Raghuvaran is open to on-site opportunities and is currently looking for job opportunities. He is keen to work with a professional team where he can learn and grow his technical skills to contribute to the growth of the organization.
