Raghuvir Kasturi is an accomplished software engineer with over 9 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer and Team Lead at Mooven, where he is responsible for designing and developing internal and external microsites and applications. He is also a mentor for the Study program, a residential program that helps people interested in working in the tech startup industry. Prior to his current role, Raghuvir worked as a Development Lead and Mentor for the Study Program at Jaaga, where he was responsible for designing and developing microsites and applications. He also ran a workshop for designers and developers to better understand the front-end and how to marry the two fields. He has also worked as a Tech Lead at Culture Amp, where he was responsible for architecting, designing, building, and maintaining the web architecture. Raghuvir has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Ancient Greek from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and an Advanced Software Engineering Immersive degree from Hack Reactor. He is a highly skilled software engineer with expertise in web development, software engineering, and senior software engineering. Raghuvir's primary interface into his computer is emacs, and he is currently reading "Continuous Discovery Habits" and "Righting Software".
