Ragini Chugh is a highly skilled software engineer with almost 5 years of experience in the industry. Currently working as a Member of Technical Staff at VMware, Ragini has been involved in developing and deploying highly scalable backend distributed systems platform for real-time streaming of data using Apache Kafka, EMR, and Apache Flink. She is also responsible for performance testing and deployment of data streaming application on AWS infrastructure. Prior to this, Ragini worked as a Software Engineer - Data Platform at Intuit, where she developed a Spring Boot Application to stream events from Kafka topic in real-time. She also designed a data model schema for transformation of incoming events to Intuit wide standards and published them to Kafka client and wrote unit tests and integration tests and deployed application on AWS server using terraforms. Ragini holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from IGDTU. Her technical skills include Software Engineering, AWS, Kafka, test, Backend, infra, Spring Boot, Spring, and Integration.
