Earlier in her career, Ragini served as a Technology Lead/Senior Principal Engineer at Capital One, where she was responsible for maintaining applications for the digital originations platform and building the next-generation credit decisioning engine. She has extensive experience in web application development, working on server-side business logic, and client-side UI utilizing accepted industry-standard frameworks. She is also proficient in managing project schedules, documentation, and agile practices. Ragini holds a Machine Learning Nano Degree from Udacity, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ITW: SNDT University.
