Ragu Devaraj is a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager with over 14 years of relevant experience in the technology industry. He is currently employed at Western Digital, where he holds the position of Senior Engineering Manager. Ragu is responsible for the seamless migration of virtualized applications from a previous generation hardware to the latest available hardware. Prior to joining Western Digital, Ragu worked at Sandisk, where he was a Software Engineer. He was responsible for designing, developing, and supporting tools for the interpretation of flash management data structure and analysis of System features FA of embedded software. Ragu also worked on a new generation of Common Tools Framework for firmware back-end and front-end validation. His work included protocol access to embedded software, abstraction of protocol implementation to enable test engineers to have a unified test framework for various protocols. Ragu also worked at EMC as a Software Engineer. Here, he was responsible for the seamless migration of virtualized applications from a previous generation hardware to the latest available hardware. Ragu obtained his B.E. in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, in 2008. Prior to this, he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor's degree from Subbiah Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Tiruppur, in 2004. Ragu has a diverse TechStack, including Senior Software Engineering, testing, Frontend, and Backend.
