He has also worked as a Senior System Engineer at Rakuten, where he managed infrastructure using AWS and Azure stack, configured Apache with ajp load balancing, and automated repeated manual operations with Bash, Ansible. He is skilled in Software configuration management using Version control systems and experienced in Monitoring production environment using Datadog, Nagios. Raguvaran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Adhiyamaan College of Education.
