Rahul Kumar Dubey is a technology enthusiast with a passion for data-driven decision making and the development of scalable, high-performance automated systems. He is currently working with the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Finance, where he serves as a financial advisor to various armed forces, including the Army, Navy, Airforce, Cost guard, and other wings of Defence like DRDO, Border Road Organization, among others. As Assistant Controller Defense Accounts & Integrated Financial Advisor, Ministry of Defence, Rahul is responsible for handling the accounts of MOD to ensure economy, efficiency, and canons of financial propriety, internal auditing, and public financial management for the defense accounts department. He is also supervising the IT modernization of HRMS processes in the Ministry of Defence and building software to bring efficiency and economy to government defense expenditure. Before his current position, Rahul worked as a full-stack developer for around four years in Adobe Systems and Goldman Sachs India Pvt Limited. He has sound skills in core programming and back-end software designs and implementation, with a focus on performance enhancement and extendable code. Rahul sees himself as a team player who enjoys taking on challenging tasks and completing them with a collaborative approach. Rahul's past experiences include working as a Senior Software Developer with DevCentrics Technologies, where he worked on DC Stockade - Ethical Wall & Content Filter Solution For Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business. He also worked with Adobe as a Senior Software Developer, where he designed and implemented the infrastructure for dynamic viewing of various PDF tools based on data analytics. He also worked on the integration of Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) within the Native Acrobat Desktop application for getting web browser control and implementing an HTML5-based layout GUI in Acrobat Desktop application. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology and completed his 12th from Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Shyamli, Ranchi. His technical skills include software engineering, backend development, web development, Javascript, integration, and infrastructure. Rahul has 8.62 years of relevant experience in the field of technology and is always looking for new challenges to take on.
