Rahul Aggarwal is a Manager in Advisory Consulting at PwC India with over 14 years of relevant experience in business strategy, project management, and IT strategy. He is responsible for managing multiple IT strategy consulting and digital transformation projects, resourcing, maintaining project status, and resolving project management issues. Rahul has been involved in the implementation of Cloud Services for client’s data centre and advisory services for evaluation, design, and implementation of cloud products for improving citizen services & experience. He has authored papers and case studies on State Digital Strategy, financial turnaround of state’s power distribution companies, world’s best e-governance practices, and unlocking big data for better insights into making business decisions. Rahul has also conceptualized the application of emerging technologies such as AI, Analytics, Blockchain, Big Data, etc. for business process re-engineering of e-services in the state. He has coached a team of 8 people, including their performance tracking, capacity building, and mentoring. During the Covid19 pandemic, Rahul worked on designing different cloud solutions for managing the crisis, led customer engagement programs inviting suggestions from citizens for fighting Covid19 crisis, and was involved in the conceptualization of a single portal for all banking needs of citizens. In his past roles at Maruti Suzuki, Rahul worked with top management to define and implement IT systems strategy for automobile retail chain, designed algorithms, screens, and flow diagrams for development of NEXA sales app on iOS, and was responsible for end to end project delivery of various IT implementation projects. Rahul holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.E. in Polymer Science and Chemical Technology from Delhi College of Engineering. His tech stack includes Big Data, Blockchain, AI, iOS, Salesforce, and Mobile.
