Rahul Amrik is a Director of MROI Delivery at Kantar Analytics Practice with over 11 years of experience in the field of analytics and software development. He is responsible for leading the execution of multiple medium to large analytic projects with Project Managers, Analysts, and Senior Analysts. Rahul is an expert in defining detailed analytic scope and methodology, creating and executing analytic plans with appropriate data mining and analytic techniques. He ensures project delivery within timelines and budget requirements, and manages a team of 25 (Project Managers/Analysts), responsible for their performance and career development. Rahul has a PGDM degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli. He also has a Pre-University degree in PCME from St. Joseph's Pre University College and a High School degree from St. Joseph's Indian High School. Before joining Kantar Analytics Practice, Rahul was a Senior Project Manager at the same company, where he engaged with clients in understanding business problems and opportunities, applied suitable analytical solutions, and helped them make key business decisions. Prior to that, he was a Software Developer at HealthAsyst Pvt Ltd, where he was part of a 30-member team that developed an integrated Electronic Medical Records Application for one of the largest Healthcare Technology Providers in America. Rahul was responsible for analyzing requirement enhancements, interpreting the Requirement Specification Document, and developing User Interface. He also maintained absolute coordination with Onsite Client and Business Analysts, timely meeting code freeze and code delivery. Rahul's technical expertise includes QA, Software Engineering, and Testing. He is also skilled in enhancing existing analytic techniques by promoting new methodology and best practices. He provides subject matter expertise and quality assurance of complex data-driven analytic projects and develops proof of concepts, helps in sales presentations, and RFPs.
