Rahul Bahuguna is an experienced Enterprise Systems professional with a strong background in supporting cloud services, DevOps, and Enterprise Mobility Management. He has successfully managed project implementation from the proposal phase to Go-Live and post-production support. Rahul is highly skilled in exploring and remediating vulnerabilities and highlighting key areas of system improvements. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Rahul has a proven track record of gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional system requirements, designing and documenting the architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare a statement of work and project plans. He has worked on projects that delivered using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Currently, Rahul is working as a Senior Automation Engineer-ITOM at ServiceNow. In his previous roles, he has worked as a Technical Lead at Honeywell and an Advisory Consultant at IBM. At Honeywell, Rahul was responsible for EMM, Automation, Web/Mobile application, DevOps & Azure SaaS. At IBM, he worked on SAP ERP Mobile application, Automation, AWS & DevOps. Rahul has a Master's degree in Enterprise Systems from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Uttarakhand Technical University. His tech stack includes AWS, DevOps, Mobile, Senior Software Engineer, Azure, and Web.
