Rahul Batta is an experienced Scrum Master with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field of Product Management and Integration. He is currently working at _vois and is responsible for leading the Scrum team towards successful project delivery. Prior to his current role, Rahul has worked with top companies in the telecom industry such as Airtel and Reliance. At Airtel, he conceptualized and built digital solutions for Postpaid, Broadband, and DTH online journeys which resulted in an overall increase in online leads and activations. He also revamped the Airtel.in homepage and delivered cost savings by re-designing the online customer acquisition process. At Reliance, Rahul was responsible for designing SRS/BRD adhering to best practices and ensuring smooth integration and transition with the new system. He was also the process owner for End to End Order Lifecycle Process from Product On-boarding to Returns/Cancellations and increased the bottom line and customer acquisition by delivering strategic actionable insights. Rahul holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
