Rahul Bhalla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zenatix, a provider of IoT-based automation solutions for commercial buildings, retail chains, and B2B OEMs. With over 21 years of experience, Rahul has a proven track record of building and growing businesses and service lines. He has helped three businesses, including UnitedLex, CPA Global, and Evalueserve, build and grow their Intellectual Property functions. At Zenatix, Rahul is responsible for business development, strategic account management, new product/solutions development, operations, and delivery. He believes that IoT solutions will disrupt traditional automation systems such as BMS/BAS, as they are hardware-light, significantly smarter, easy to deploy/maintain, and low cost. Under his leadership, Zenatix has disrupted the retail chains market, with 2,500+ retail outlets on their IoT platform. Their next goal is to disrupt the traditional BMS/BAS market for large commercial buildings and hotels. Rahul's past experience includes leading and managing the Intellectual Property function at UnitedLex, a global leader in legal consulting and outsourcing services. He was responsible for building and farming large-scale strategic relationships with Fortune Global 500 and Am Law 200 clients. Prior to that, he set up and led the Patent Research Services group at CPA Global (Intellevate). Rahul holds a degree from DAV College, Chandigarh. He has a strong tech background, having worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Research Scientist. Rahul's specialties include business development, strategic account management, new product/solutions development, operations, and delivery.
