Rahul Bhattacharjee is an experienced Talent Advisor with a passion for technology recruiting and a natural curiosity to learn more about the business and customers he recruits for. With over 16 years of relevant experience, Rahul has a proven track record of delivering tangible results and meeting mission-critical deadlines. Currently working at EY as a Talent Advisor, Rahul is in learning mode and is always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge. He is a team player who loves to win and believes that winning together as a team makes all the difference. Rahul is not someone who whines for credit but rather runs an extra mile to make the execution happen. Prior to EY, Rahul worked at Synechron, where he held the positions of Director and Associate Director of Recruitment. In these roles, he acted as a Full Stack Talent Advisor and implemented the vision of the ExCo. He also provided thought leadership, key insights, and recommendations to his stakeholders for accelerating Talent Acquisition. Rahul played a key role in positioning Synechron as a 'Preferred Vendor' for a Platinum Client and generated leads and inroads with various existing and new clients, creating new business opportunities. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Fergusson College and has completed a Global Strategic Management program from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a degree in Marketing from the Indian School of Business. Rahul's tech stack includes AI, Big Data, and testing. He is an analytical thinker who approaches every day as if it were "Day One". Rahul's objective is to analyze, crack, and dissipate, and he is always looking for new challenges to tackle.
