Rahul Boggaram is a seasoned product designer with over 10 years of experience in creating habit-forming products, optimizing design operations, and improving interactions. He is currently the Co-Founder of Yellow Metal, a company that aims to provide asset-backed credit to rural India in just 30 minutes at their doorstep. With 125 crore Indians being denied access to formal credit, Yellow Metal is transforming the way people use their household gold, which is worth approximately $1.4 trillion. Prior to founding Yellow Metal, Rahul worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Myntra, Groww, Treebo, Flipkart, Microsoft, and Design Against Crime Research Centre. As the Design Director at Myntra and Treebo, he was responsible for defining visual design systems, quantifying quality in hotels, and automating hotel operations to increase bookings and revenue. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. He is skilled in various technologies, including Android, product design, research science, and designing. With relevant experience of 10.87 years, Rahul is passionate about building products that make people's lives better. He is currently hiring engineers to join him in his mission to transform the lives of rural Indians by providing them with access to credit.
