Rahul Chatterjee is a seasoned global people manager with over 14 years of experience in international project management, product management and design, and business strategy development. He is currently a Manager at Google, Trust & Safety, where he is responsible for promoting trust and ensuring user safety for Google users. In this role, he manages multiple projects locally, globally, and cross-functionally, keeps the team highly motivated, and creates business impact by leveraging analytical skills and data-driven decisions. Rahul enjoys building specialized teams and delivery centers spread across technologies, geographies, and business groups. He also consults C-level stakeholders to compile digital strategy from business strategy, ideates and launches products while interacting with industry leaders, user experience designers, and high-class engineers, and presents complex digital solutions to non-technical business associates. Rahul has experience in several domains, including OmniChannel Retail, Consumer Goods & Distribution, Digital Supply Chain, Connected Logistics, Healthcare Management, Manufacturing Technology, and Global Trade Management. He has managed data analysts/engineers building trust for users in Google Ads platform, developed multiple MVPs and subsequent release definitions for ServiceNow Platform, worked with CXOs of an emerging service-based company to develop a new profit-making Business Vertical in Logistics & Supply Chain, implemented an e-governance product for the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia, and worked for a large-scale retail chain to develop their platform to support OmniChannel commerce. Rahul holds several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Digital Transformation Certified ISB, and Design Thinking Certified. He is skilled in methodologies such as Prototyping, Lean Development, Feature Driven Development, Extreme Programming (Agile), and Traditional Waterfall.
