Rahul Chauhan is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is working at Microsoft as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for the indexing and serving stack of Email Suggestions powered on Outlook client. He has also set up the monitoring and alerting infrastructure and functional tests for Acronym and File Answer. Prior to joining Microsoft, Rahul worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Amazon, where he was involved in understanding an existing codebase in JAVA that was using MySQL database and migrating it to NoSQL DynamoDB. He also added validation of inputs in the front end for the internal website using JavaScript. Before that, he worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Rahul holds a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Birla Institute of Applied Sciences.
