Rahul Chauhan is a highly experienced software engineer with over 9 years of internship and full-time experience in development using various programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java and ASP.Net for various platforms. He is currently working as a software engineer at Google, where he has been employed for over 7 years. Rahul has also worked at other leading technology companies such as Amazon Web Services, Samsung Research, and Infosys Technologies Ltd. At Amazon Web Services, he worked as a software development engineer with the IoT Greengrass and SDK team. He also completed a fall 2015 internship at Amazon with the AWS Internet of Things SDK team and a summer 2015 internship at Amazon with the Digital Services and Video Games team. Prior to his career at Amazon, Rahul worked as a graduate research assistant at the University of Southern California, where he developed the PhDProgress web app. This app tracks the progress of PhD students and provides analysis and reporting functionalities for graduate school users. The system would then automatically generate the employees’ monthly pay as well as any compensation for work done for the company. It could also give a daily, weekly and monthly summary of the same for both employees and for the company as a whole.
