Rahul Das is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, FMCG, Agriculture and Education sectors. He has found his calling in enabling successful careers for passionate learners and sustainable business growth for enterprising companies. As an entrepreneur for the last 8 years, he has discovered the immense potential for value creation in this space, which allows him to sleep with a feeling that he has done something meaningful today. Rahul attributes his professional success to being able to strike the right balance between strategic thinking, analytical ability, and operational excellence. He is a natural leader and continues to observe, calibrate, learn, and groom his leadership skills. Currently, Rahul is an Advisory Board Member at imtibish, a company that fosters student employability through a phygital platform. More than 2000 colleges, 150 corporates, and 3 State Governments are on board, with line of sight for 10,000 more colleges through an MOU with AICTE. In his previous roles, Rahul has been the Chief Operating Officer at aimer business school, where he set up the strategic marketing function in the organization and led the media/market research functions. He also successfully managed operations of the 40-member call center of Monsanto Farm Services, a mobile-based customer outreach/engagement platform. He piloted a B-2-B business model, which then formed the basis for the global expansion of Monsanto Farm Services business vertical. As the Director at numero uno partners, Rahul set up the Customer Advocacy function and guided key strategic imperatives for the company as part of the “Corporate Affairs Leadership team.” He created the “Farmer Advocacy Model,” which helped set up a structured approach to developing relationships with farmers and partner with them for technology advocacy. Rahul holds a PGDM degree in Marketing from IIM and a B-Tech degree in Computer Engineering from Cochin University. He has also completed his schooling from TOC-H Public School. Rahul has relevant experience of 19.36 years and is a Research Scientist in Mobile technology.
