Rahul Desale is a Software Engineer with a year of experience in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He has cleared the Japanese Language Proficiency Test level N3 and has completed "Training in Industrial Automation" from VIATA, Nashik. Rahul has worked on PLC AB Micrologix1400, Siemens Simatic 1200, and Ladder logic programming. For his final year project, Rahul developed a microcontroller-based multifunctional smart bag that involved interfacing various sensors with microcontroller ATmega328P and developing various conditional logic systems with the help of IoT. He has also worked on a PIC-18 controller-based Sound Monitoring System, which involved monitoring sound levels with the help of a sound sensor and generating a message accordingly, displayed on an LCD and sent over Bluetooth. Currently working at Fidel Softech Limited as a Software Engineer, Rahul is involved in projects related to automated visual editing image processing through Python script for e-commerce websites, development of ML-based 'Text to Speech' model for multiple languages, and deployment of labeling tool and technical support to the Localization team. Previously, Rahul worked at Ignitarium as an Associate Machine Learning Engineer, where he worked on data labeling automation for Vision AI and developed a Python-based model for automatic number plate detection and a Machine Learning-based PCB defect detection model using YOLOv5 algorithm. Rahul has also worked as a Trainee at Visionary Industrial Automation Training Academy, where he gained knowledge in Electrical Automation, Sensors & Electronics Automation, PLCs, SCADA Programming, HMI Programming, and DCS. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune Vidhyarthi Griha's College of Engineering and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in VLSI and Embedded Systems from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
