Rahul Dey is a seasoned Head of Product with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Director Strategy Deployment (Product & Tech) and Head of Technical Program Management at Flipkart. Rahul has an impressive track record of working with successful companies like Gojek, Swiggy, Groupon, and more. At Gojek, Rahul served as the VP & Global Head of Program Management for Engineering/Data and InfoSec. In this role, he was responsible for creating and scaling up the program management organization for Engg/Data and InfoSec functions. Rahul also implemented OKRs, planning, and execution frameworks across the functions. His current projects at Gojek focus on laying down the information highway, creating SOPs for JIRA/Confluence adoption, and bringing the right tools and processes for handling incident management and cost optimization programs. During his tenure at Swiggy, Rahul was the Associate Vice President, Head of Technical Program Management & Product Delivery & Strategy. He was accountable for the product strategy, planning, roadmap, execution, and rollout of the entire product suite at Swiggy. Rahul was instrumental in implementing OKRs, the planning/execution framework, and creating an industry-leading team of TPMs and PGMs to oversee the entire product development, execution, GTM, and rollout. Rahul's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also holds a degree in AISSE from Chinmaya Vidyalaya and ICSE from Carmel School. In terms of technical skills, Rahul is proficient in product management and senior software engineering.
