Rahul Diyewar is an accomplished Engineering Manager with over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently working at Spotnana, where he leads a team of 17 high-caliber software engineers, focusing on improving software testing methodologies. Rahul is a developer, tester, manager, leader, mentor, and coach who believes in doing things effectively to reduce human and machine time. Rahul has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Nagpur University, where he was a topper in graduation. He has worked on three startups, Gemstone, Pivotal, and ArkinNet, all of which were successfully acquired by VMware. Rahul has closely experienced the startup journey from a few thousand dollars to billion-dollar revenue. At VMware, Rahul defined and certified the first version of vRNI SAAS offering with fully automated CICD pipeline, telemetry & SRE support. He also defined the release model (gating criteria and milestones) to GA high-quality release of vRNI every quarter. This resulted in a consistent reduction of escape defect Q-o-Q, even when vRNI was growing exponentially. Rahul's current focus is on building innovative test solutions such as "Test-data Management System," "Source of Truth Service," "True E2E framework," "Visual Testing Tool," Simulators, and CRUD Framework. Rahul is an excellent communicator with good communication skills for better collaboration with customers, partners, product management, and engineering teams. He has expertise in Virtualization, Networking, Distributed Systems, and Hybrid Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).
