Rahul Dwivedi is a Certified Scrum Master and ISTQB Certified Software Professional with over 12 years of experience in the software industry. He has worked on various payment schemes in the US, Australia, and Malaysia. Currently, he is working as a Senior Business System Analyst at FIS Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Noida. Rahul has extensive experience in working with product owners and stakeholders to maintain and improve the product backlog. He is skilled in analyzing existing functionalities and competitive products to provide business-value-based recommendations to the product team. He has experience working with flagship products of Clear2Pay payments OPF (Open Payments Framework) and creating Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, Product Backlog, Traceability Matrix, Use Cases, User Acceptance Testing, User Story, and Flow diagrams. Rahul has mentored QA teams in preparation of real-time test cases and test scenarios.
