Rahul Goradia is a multi-talented Embedded Software Developer with over 5 years of relevant experience in designing, developing, debugging, testing, and documenting firmware. He possesses excellent programming and debugging skills for microcontroller-based designs and has exposure to Linux and real-time operating system-based embedded products. Rahul's expertise lies in developing bare metal software for various microcontrollers, including ARM Cortex. Currently, Rahul works as an Embedded Software Engineer at Somfy, where he applies his skills to develop efficient software solutions for the company's products. In the past, Rahul has worked as a Design and Development Engineer at Heat-Timer Corp, where he successfully implemented firmware on ARM microcontrollers for new products aiming for next-generation HVAC control. He also designed layered firmware architecture, developed the BSP layer and communication part of firmware, and developed GUI using PyQt on a Single Board Computer. Rahul has also worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Pentek, where he was responsible for developing, maintaining, and extending SDR application, Client GUI, and API library using client-server architecture over TCP/IP and Telnet for Talon product-line in Recording System Group.
