Rahul Harkisanka is an experienced entrepreneur and start-up enthusiast with a passion for building and scaling successful organizations. Currently, he is contributing to the growth of CRED as part of the Product & Business team. Prior to this, Rahul co-founded an education start-up and joined an early stage e-commerce start-up that achieved a successful exit. He also played a key role in building the best mobile recharge and bill payment platform in India. With experience across multiple verticals in start-ups, including Product, Partnerships, Operations, and Customer Experience, Rahul is a highly hands-on person who loves to learn and take on new challenges. He has built and scaled teams at both the world's largest FMCG company, P&G, and an early stage e-commerce start-up, UrbanTouch.com. In his previous role as a Product leader for the Platform team at FreeCharge, Rahul mentored and led the revamp of the Customer Support experience, achieving best-in-industry results. In addition to his professional experience, Rahul holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy. He also holds a B.Tech. & M.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Rahul's passion for technology is reflected in his TechStack, which includes mobile platforms.
