Rahul Jain is a Workday Program Manager and HR Program Manager with a mission to achieve financial freedom by 2030. He is a Gold Medalist from NIT Jaipur and has a total of 15 years of experience as an Accredited Senior Workday Project Manager. Rahul has successfully delivered 11 end-to-end HR projects across multiple platforms, including Workday, Oracle, CoreHR, CornerStone, and Benefex. His key skills include leading and managing supplier selection and contract management within the HR space, stakeholder management, planning, controlling, and delivering high-complexity projects within a fast-moving business environment. Rahul has a solid track record of "client delight" by improving business, people, and technical processes at well-known organizations, including Ocado, Superdrug, BrightHouse, GSK, Tata Global Beverages, and Unilever. Rahul has modular knowledge of Workday, including Core HR, Financials, Recruitment, Payroll Integration, On-Boarding, Advanced Compensation, International Mobility, Dashboards, Time & Absence Tracking, Reporting & Mobile. He has successfully led the end-to-end project implementation/delivery of Workday globally and delivered HR projects by managing senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Currently, Rahul works as a Workday Deployment Lead at Flutter Entertainment Plc. In the past, he has worked at Ocado Group as a Workday Lead Project Manager and at Superdrug as a Human Resources Program Manager. Rahul has a Master of Business Administration degree from Balaji Institute of Modern Management and a B.TECH degree in Metallurgy from MNIT. In his free time, Rahul creates videos on his YouTube channel, where he shares his journey towards financial freedom and provides valuable insights on personal finance.
