He is currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Google, where he is responsible for managing engineering teams across multiple offices in different time zones. Rahul has extensive experience in seeding, mentoring, and growing globally distributed software development teams. He is responsible for performance management, salary reviews, and career planning. He was instrumental in setting up the Fiberlink Bangalore R&D center and building MaaS360 - the biggest SaaS platform for Enterprise Mobility Management. He was involved in defining the architecture and design of the MaaS360 Mobile Device Management platform. He led many critical initiatives for the company, such as distributing MaaS360 platform from one production instance to multiple across the world, building the PIM client for MaaS360 iOS application, building a best-in-class MaaS360 Android application, and built Mobile Enterprise Gateway for MaaS360.
