Rahul Jain is a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle Cloud, with over 6 years of experience in the software engineering industry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jodhpur. He started his corporate journey at Samsung R&D Institute Delhi, where he worked as a Software Engineer for over 4 years. During his time at Samsung, he worked on the Samsung Smart Signage Platform (SSSP), which is a major feature of Samsung B2B products. His work on SSSP has been integrated into several models of Samsung B2B products, including LFD, FLIP, and KIOSK, and is used by various customers worldwide. Prior to Samsung, Rahul worked as a Summer Intern at TATA Power, where he gained hands-on experience in software development. He worked on the Distributed Management System (DMS) and Outage Management System (OMS), and helped improve their prediction system based on customer complaints. As part of his internship project, he was tasked with identifying exchange point losses and finding solutions to reduce them.
