Rahul Johari is a highly skilled Technical Lead and Developer with over 5 years of experience in the analysis, design, and maintenance of software systems. He possesses strong data structures and problem-solving skills, which enable him to design the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems. Currently, he is working at SHL as a Technical Lead, where he is responsible for leading the technical team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Prior to his current role, Rahul worked at Aspiring Minds as a Software Development Engineer and Research Intern. During his time there, he worked on Automata, the world's most advanced and only programming assessment tool that uses machine learning for grading programs. His experience in both research and development has given him a unique perspective and the ability to approach problems from various angles.
