Rahul Kumar is a seasoned Technical Manager with over 9 years of experience in Java/C/C++ Programming Language. He is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at OnePlus India India Private Ltd, where his major responsibilities include designing and building multi-threaded applications on Telephony/Radio interface layer (RIL). Rahul is highly passionate about his work and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Prior to his current role, Rahul worked as a Lead Engineer at Samsung, where he headed a team of 4 RIL members for North America. He worked on the Telephony framework of Android OS stack for the data module and handled the radio interface layer between the application framework and modem for Qualcomm, Broadcomm, and Intel chipsets. Rahul also worked on designing and implementing new features for the data module and conducted effective code reviews. He has worked on Samsung flagship mobile devices such as Samsung Galaxy S7, S6, S5, S$ and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Note 7. Rahul started his career as an Intern at Notion Ink, where he worked on an Open GL Rendering Engine for the Android platform. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Patna, and completed his AISSCE from DAV Public School, Patna. Rahul's technical expertise includes Software Engineering, Java, Mobile, Android, Backend, Testing, Designing, Research Scientist, MongoDB, and iOS. He has relevant experience of over 11.20 years in the industry and has a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends.
