Rahul Kumar is a highly skilled computer scientist with over 9 years of experience in the field. He graduated from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, and has since worked with some of the biggest names in the technology industry. Currently, he is a Computer Scientist at Adobe Systems, where he is a founding member of the Real-Time Collaboration product. Rahul has worked on every phase of the product life cycle, from requirement gathering to design and development. The product is a cloud-based, highly scalable, low latency platform that currently serves more than 100 million messages per day and around 3.5 billion messages per month. Prior to joining Adobe, Rahul worked for Samsung Research for around 3 years, where he was a Senior Software Engineer. During his time at Samsung, he worked on multiple services to enhance the flagship Samsung devices. He designed and implemented APIs for collecting the logs of crashed/failed applications from Samsung flagship devices across the world, generating meta data out of it and analyzing them using keyword & pattern generation/matching. He also developed the User Interface for the implemented APIs and created a Retail Mode Management System to record the most used apps in devices kept at retail stores. Rahul has a strong technical background and is proficient in Java, SQL, Search, AWS, Redis, Javascript, Cassandra, Kafka, Mobile, and Web technologies. He is a Research Scientist and Software Engineer with expertise in creating highly scalable and low latency systems. Rahul is a team player and has excellent communication skills, which enable him to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
