Rahul Kurumkar is a highly experienced and versatile Front-End Developer with over 11 years of experience designing, developing, and managing complex products. He specializes in Javascript, ReactJs, Angular, Vue, Redux, and ExtJs. Currently, he is leading the core UI team at Rocket Software and is responsible for all customer-facing product UIs as well as the architecture of a new front-end stack based on ReactJS and Redux. Rahul is familiar with JavaScript and libraries such as ReactJS/Redux, jQuery, and Sencha ExtJS. He is proficient in ES6/7+, Webpack, Babel, and the NPM, Docker ecosystem. He has expertise in Front-End Development, web services (REST, SOAP), Microservices, and the Docker ecosystem. At Rocket Software, Rahul is leading the UI part of one of Rocket patented NO SQL file-based DB "Multi-Value" into the cloud. The MV integrated architecture dramatically simplifies deployment and maintenance, while the fluid and natural data model reduces the need for costly DBAs or system administrators. Prior to joining Rocket Software, Rahul worked at Qualys as a Manager, Front End Engineering, and Lead Front End Engineer. In these roles, he led the teams responsible for building solutions in ReactJS and ExtJS. He also led the team that delivered Qualys first micro-service-based UI module independent of the traditional app. Rahul holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Information Technology) from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. His tech stack includes Javascript, Frontend, ReactJS, Redux, Docker, UI, Web, Software Engineer, Microservices, AngularJS, SQL, Typescript, test, designer, product manager, and Research Scientist.
