Rahul Mishra is an energetic and optimistic Business Manager with over 12 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various roles including Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Manager, and Test Lead, gaining exposure to the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, global cultures, behaviors, and processes. Rahul has had the opportunity to work on and lead projects with multiple stakeholders across geographies, including India, North America, and Europe, providing him with amazing learning opportunities. Rahul also coached teams on Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burn down chart patterns, and collaborated with the Product Owner and the team for Product backlog creation, feature prioritization, and Sprint Backlog creation. He enabled close cooperation across all roles and functions, helped the team in doing sizing (estimation) of User Stories using Planning Poker, and resolved or escalated blocking impediments so that the team could remain focused. Rahul holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in IT from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida.
