Rahul Mittal is an experienced Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services with over 12 years of relevant experience in both development and QA roles. He is passionate about continuous learning and enjoys working collaboratively with his team. In terms of development experience, Rahul has hands-on experience in Java 8 and has implemented Rest APIs using the Spring Boot framework. He has also implemented Payment, Clevertap, and various CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and Salesloft. Rahul is experienced in Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and Spring JPA. In terms of QA experience, Rahul has experience in mobile native app's automation testing using Appium tool and web app's automation testing using Selenium Webdriver. He has basic exposure to Rest API automation using Rest-assured tool and has experience in Postman for manual API testing and Fiddler for testing service URLs. Rahul is proficient in Blackbox testing and has good knowledge of testing methodologies such as SCRUM, ‘V’ model, Incremental model, STLC, and SDLC. He has been involved in Requirement Analysis, Test case writing, execution, and defect tracking. Rahul has experience in manual testing of mobile applications and window-based applications. Rahul is a quick learner and is able to work well independently or as part of a team. He has a certification from the International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB). Rahul has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer-II at Thomson Reuters before joining TCS.
