Rahul Mittal is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in strategy and management consulting. Currently, he is the Head of Strategy for Emerging Markets at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, responsible for managing a business worth approximately USD 0.8 billion across 33 countries. His key markets include Russia/CIS, China, ASEAN, ANZ, South Africa, and LATAM. Rahul's responsibilities include developing and deploying strategies, ensuring targets are met, and implementing market-relevant introductions, such as portfolio, business development, new therapeutic areas, and new interventions. Prior to his current role, Rahul worked in consulting teams at IQVIA and KPMG, where he executed over 50 engagements with global and Indian clients across hospitals, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, digital health, and medtech. His focus was primarily on strategy, long-range planning, business modeling, go-to-market, and operations transformation. Rahul has professional exposure across South Asia, the Middle East, the US, the UK, Israel, and various emerging markets. Rahul's expertise lies in generating and prioritizing strategic options, scenario-based decision models, long-range planning, and effective and efficient go-to-market design. He is also interested in digital health and therapeutics, patient engagement, and support services. Rahul holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor's in Technology from IIT BHU. He has also completed his schooling from Springdales School, India.
