Rahul Parashar is a seasoned Tech Lead with over 10 years of experience in IT. He has a strong background in software development, maintenance, testing, and support activities. With 4 years of experience in the USA, working with organizations such as AT&T and Sprint Telecom, Rahul has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the telecom and e-commerce domains. Rahul has 3 years of experience in automated testing, with exposure to tools like Automated Mobile Testing (AMT), Litmus T, Agile Designer (ARD Modelling), and Selenium. He has also participated as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum projects. Currently working as a Software Quality Analyst at Tech Mahindra Americas, Rahul is responsible for testing and supporting the MySprint App, which is a mobile app for Sprint Postpaid customers. He has designed test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for new user stories, performed regression testing on various features of the app, and supported production deployments. Rahul has also converted manual regression test cases to automation scripts using AMT and executed them on multiple mobile devices using Selenium Grid. In the past, Rahul has worked as an Associate Tech Specialist at Tech Mahindra, where he tested the MyATT website and app for AT&T wireless, Uverse, wireline, homephone, and DTV customers. He has also worked as a Senior QA Analyst at Freecultr Pvt Ltd, where he was involved in manual and automated testing, functionality testing, regression testing, and system testing. Rahul has an MBA in IT and Marketing from IMT CDL Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from KIT Raigarh. His tech stack includes test, mobile, Android, iOS, Selenium, designer, search, software engineer, and QA. With 13.04 years of relevant experience, Rahul is a continuous learner who believes in continuous improvement.
