Rahul Prajapat is a passionate technocrat and the founder of Tvarit GmbH, a company that offers a highly scalable Metal AI Platform to enable the Metal manufacturing industry to make data-driven decisions in reducing SCRAP/ENERGY, optimizing manufacturing processes, and Supply Chain to increase profitability and sustainability. Rahul is a Waste Reduction Advocate, Supply Chain Leader, and Future of Metals in Automotive Speaker who is driving the world towards a sustainable 0 waste manufacturing. Rahul has taken his startup Tvarit GmbH from 0 to 2 mn EUR recurring revenue, which has given him huge opportunities/learning into building Smart Automotive Factory, Waste Reduction topics, Super Fast Supply Chains, and Use of AI in Metal Manufacturing for Automotive Applications. He has been accorded with MIT GSW and Web Summit Dublin awards for innovation and product launches, and he continues ideating new products and solutions in the space of Smart & Efficient Manufacturing. Rahul is an active member of Smart Factory e.v. Kaiserslautern Germany, and he loves organizing conferences/meetups on the same. He is fascinated towards creating value and simplifying complex manufacturing supply chain processes via AI. He has professionally executed projects in Japanese and German languages apart from Hindi and English. Rahul's hobbies include Trekking, playing Volleyball and TT, Reading, and ​Debating. He likes to participate in Triathlon and Marathons. Before founding Tvarit GmbH, Rahul worked as a Data Scientist at Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK, where he conducted research on defining manufacturing production systems' behavior using vibration and acoustic sensors and built predictive models for automotive machinery. He also worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Proemion, where he impacted 6000+ industrial assets using Industrial AI technology and created an NLP-based automated ticket response system for quicker response to client's business problems. Rahul holds a B.Tech & M.Tech degree in Communication & Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and has completed an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His tech stack includes AI, Research Scientist, Data Scientist, Web, and NLP. Rahul has 7.19 years of relevant experience in the industry.
