He led a team to deliver a platform for Rapid App Development & Deployment platform across markets and also spearheaded the engineering team for an eCommerce Fraud Prevention solution for three markets. Rahul worked very closely with other technology and Data Science teams, responsible for platform roadmaps, stakeholder management, maintaining delivery timelines, and budgets. He also worked closely with his team to identify each member's growth path through structured career development plans and check-ins through regular 1:1 and quarterly check-ins. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical, and Technological Sciences.
