Rahul is an expert in cross-functional team development and stakeholder management, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends. He has managed and delivered projects and teams remotely for over three years, making him a champion of work from home (WFH) initiatives. Rahul's areas of expertise include automation, technology trends and business strategy, project delivery management, and developing and setting up offshore teams. He has also managed complex solutions involving cross-functional, multi-site teams, and has experience in managed services and data analytics, with a focus on ETL/data warehousing. In addition to his extensive experience, Rahul holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), and SAFe® 5 Agilist. Before joining Capgemini as a Senior Manager, Rahul founded Usher Heritage and worked as a Business Continuity and Risk Management Consultant for TPT Retirement Solutions, the UK's leading workplace pension fund provider with assets worth £9 billion. At TPT Retirement Solutions, Rahul evaluated existing risk management plans and achieved buy-in from all stakeholders, redesigning and creating a standardized two-tier framework to achieve consistency and ease of update as per ISO 22301 standards. Rahul's tech stack includes blockchain and ETL, and he is well-versed in industry 4.0, cloud, digital transformation, and Tableau.
