He is currently serving as a Sr. Security Engineer at Expedia, where he specializes in web application penetration testing, thick client application penetration testing, mobile application penetration testing, web services penetration testing, and infrastructure penetration testing, among others. Additionally, he has expertise in threat modeling, design review, computer forensics, and malware analysis. Prior to joining Expedia, Rahul worked as a Senior Engineer at Happiest Minds, where he was responsible for patch management and fixing CVE for Netscout Products. He also conducted web application penetration testing, thick client application penetration testing, mobile application penetration testing, web services penetration testing, and infrastructure penetration testing, among others. Rahul has also co-founded Shoplane, an e-commerce platform that provides a mobile platform for brands and shops to engage with their customers and list their products. Rahul's areas of interest include internet of things, application security, cloud computing, cryptocurrency, leadership and management, entrepreneurship, and philosophy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
