Rahul Sharma is a Senior Software Development Engineer with a passion for all things tech. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, Rahul has an extensive background in data analytics, IoT, Industrial 4.0, digital transformation, and solution architecture. Currently, he is working at Emerson Process Management as a Senior Software Development Engineer in the Industrial 4.0 division. Rahul has worked with a variety of companies, including Icon Controls Pvt Ltd, where he served as a Senior Project Engineer. During his time there, he was responsible for handling the software development of PLC and SCADA of turnkey projects of OIL & Gas (Terminal Automation System). Additionally, he was involved in commissioning safety PLCs and integrating safety systems at the Ambala Terminal and Rewari Terminal. Prior to this, he worked at VSM Venture Control Systems as a Commissioning Engineer, where he handled turnkey projects of steel plants and paper plants. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Internet of Things from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which he completed in 2018. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, which he completed in 2013. In terms of technical skills, Rahul is proficient in software engineering, Python, senior software engineering, and integration. With his extensive experience and technical expertise, Rahul is a valuable asset to any team or organization he works with.
